7N/8D Extensive Tour Itenary

Day 1 Kathmandu, Nepal

Upon arrival in Kathmandu airport, you are met and transfer to the hotel. It’s approximately 20 minutes from airport, upon arrival in hotel, brief orientation by guide about the schedule. If time permits you can travel city area on the same day of your arrival.

Day 2 Nagarkot, Kathmandu

After breakfast in the hotel, embark on tour of the day that begins in Pashupatinath Temple-the holiest Hindu Temple on the bank of holy Bagmati River, one of the principal tributaries of Ganges. Admission to temple courtyard is reserved for Hindus only but you would have a very good close up from the other side of the river. The temple is vibrant with the activities of the devotees. You will also get to see the Hindu Cremation Services on the bank of the River. From here, the giant Boudhanath stupa lies in 10 minutes distance. This has the fame as the largest Stupa in the world and one of the “must visit” site for Tibetan Buddhists in their life time and the area is inhabited by Tibetan refugees. Pilgrims circumambulate the Stupa with spinning prayer wheels or counting beads and uttering sacred mantra Om Mani Padme Hum. Surrounded around the Stupa are monasteries associated with different schools of Tibetan Buddhism.

In the afternoon, you will drive 14 km north-east to Bhaktapur-the best preserved medieval Malla Principality where you can see the intricate wood and stone works in the temples, monasteries and houses of Bhaktapur.. The sightseeing tour concludes in the late afternoon and drive to Nagarkot.

Day 3 Sauraha, Chitwan

Early morning, room service will knock at the door with a warm cup of coffee or tea and he will invite you for sunrise view. Its special and you are not supposed to miss it. If the weather favors you, you will have spectacular views of eastern to middle range of Himalayas, gleaming with the first rays of light. It's marvelous!

After breakfast, leave for Chitwan national park .Asia’s one of the best preserved game park. After refreshment, visit National park visitors center, acquire the information on flora & fauna of the park and visit the village of Tharu Tribal people of Chitwan whose lifestyle remain unchanged over the centuries.

Day 4 Jungle Safari, Sauraha

You are busy in Jungle safari activities such as elephant back safari, canoeing, elephant breeding camp visit, Tharu cultural dances in the evening.

Day 5 Elephant Riding, Chitwan

You are busy in the morning for elephant back safari, and after breakfast drive to Pokhara.

Day 6 Sightseeing, Sarangkot

Early morning drive to Sarangkot Visit for sunrise. Check the weather before you set off! Sarangkot has the finest views of the Western Range of Himalayas (subject to weather) and the valleys
Today, we have early breakfast and leave for Pokhara-the capital of nature! It’s a scenic drive, Check in hotel and takes rest. After refreshment, explore the Fewa Lake with boating experiences; visit the Gupteswar Cave, Davis Fall.

Day 7 Drive Pokhara to Kathmandu

Drive back to Kathmandu

Day 8 Departure from Kathmandu

After breakfast in the hotel drive to airport for further travel.
