The clients should reach in Pick up Point- It may be the hotel or other stipulated places in time before the start of our day tours. Otherwise, it is considered as a show, and no refund would be made.
100% cancellation will be levied if we get a cancellation before seven days of this Day Tours.
All cancellations should be reached to us in written format or in emails.
If an unforeseen circumstance occurs due to Riot, Blockade, Political unrest, protest, bad weather, or natural calamities, we will shift the tour to the next Day, but the refund would not be made.
If we have to finish the Day tours earlier than a reasonable time due to sickness and bad health conditions of the group member, no refund would be made.
We need to receive your clear Identification-Passport Copies/voter Id for India.
As our brochures are written many days in advance, there may be changes in timings and pick-up points. So we strongly recommend you confirm earlier than your day tour.
We will not be responsible for the loss of any belongings of our tourists, and it is at the owner’s risk. We don’t take responsibility if the luggage has been lost by the coach as well. Please be aware.
