  • All cancellations should be reached to us in written format or in emails.
  • If an unforeseen circumstance occurs due to Riot, Blockade, Political unrest, protest, bad weather, or natural calamities, we will shift the tour for the next Day, but the refund would not be made.
  • If we have to finish the Weekend/Day Tours earlier than a reasonable time due to sickness and bad health conditions of the group member, no refund would be made.
  • We need to receive your clear Identification-Passport Copies/voter Id for Indian.

  • As our brochures are written many days in advance, so there may be changes in timings and pick up points. So we strongly recommend you to confirm earlier than your day tour.
  • We will not be responsible for the loss of any belongings of our tourists, and it is at the owner’s risk. We don’t take responsibility if the luggage has lost from the coach as well. Please be aware.
