Lwang Homestay is one of the successful tourism products, for the village Tourism product in Nepal. It lies in the North-East of Pokhara city within 30 kilometers of driving distance. To feel the uniqueness of the remote Nepalese village, they have preserved their culture and tradition very well. Homestay Management Committee and Annapurna Conservation Area Project have taken care of minimum requirements for tourists with safety, security, and Hygiene.
The settlement consists, of Tamang, Newar, Gurung, Chhetri, Braman, etc. and thus the visitor can experience different cultures and traditions in one place. The host people offer typical Nepali cuisines like rice, dal, curry (Local chicken), and Homemade alcohol. The host people also perform live culture shows. Once arrival in Kathmandu Nebula Travels and Tours representative meet and transfer to the hotel. After check-in at the hotel, we will do a briefing about the package. Late evening enjoyment walks in Thamel, a trendy touristic place in ancient Kathmandu. A bustling bazaar that offers a glimpse of Nepal's vibrant ethnic tradition, Buddhist Stupas and monasteries. Overnight at the hotel.
Wake up and have breakfast and take a short refreshment before we get ready for a full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu Valley. The sightseeing includes Pashupatinath (The Sacred Hindu Temple belongs to Lord Shiva). Bouddhanath (a Biggest stupa in the world) and Bhaktapur Durbar Square (Known as living Museum) there are many ancient palaces and temples inside Bhaktapur including the Palace of 55 windows with golden gate. Natyapole Temple, one of the Tallest and five-story structures and Pottery Square where they make clay potteries and statues. Continue towards Nagarkot and overnight.
After breakfast, proceed towards Pokhara. Also known as the city of lakes, Pokhara is around 6 hours drive and 210 km from Kathmandu. Check into the hotel upon arrival. Boat ride on Fewa lake- one of Nepal's biggest Natural lakes and visit Barahi Temple in the middle of the lake in the evening. Overnight in Pokhara.
Early in the morning wake up then drive to Sarangkot for mesmerizing sunrise view over the Himalayas and also from where you can see a birds-eye view of Pokhara Valley. We will stay there for 1-2 hours and drive back to the hotel where we will have our breakfast, and after short refreshment. Then we will start a sightseeing tour of Pokhara valley including, Davis Falls, Gupteswor Cave, Seti River Gorge, Tibetan Refugee camp, Bindavasani Temple, and Phewa lake. Rest day free to stroll around Lakeside on your own.
Drive approximately 1.5 hrs to Lwang Village and overnight at Homestay. This place is located at an altitude of 1,550m where fishtail appears uninterrupted in the Northeastern backdrop of the village. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner.
Visit around the local community and cannoning site and continue to local tea estate located in the same vicinity. We can learn and participate in village life, observe feeding and milking cattle, way of making yogurt and butter. Similarly, people get involved in making flour in their traditional way from grinding cereals. You can also help your host to prepare your meal and know their customs. Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
After breakfast, proceed towards the Pokhara-short drive and continue to drive to Kathmandu. Upon arrival in Kathmandu transfer to your hotel. Evening free for shopping and explore the surroundings. Overnight at the hotel in Kathmandu.
After having breakfast at the hotel, wait till flight time then drives to Tribhuvan International Airport for your flight back home/next destination.
